2. Full address including post code to print on Santa's envelope? (If no address is provided I will print the child's name only on the envelope with no address)

3. Special Requests - Be kind, eat your meals, tidy your room, sharing, being kind! etc.

NOTE: all orders will be posted to the address you have provided at checkout not to the address you have given me for the child's envelope if this differs!
